Job Description

We are seeking a skilled VMware architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise virtualization environments. This role focuses on architecture, performance, security, and automation across VMware platforms while providing technical leadership and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect VMware solutions (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
  • Lead design standards, best practices, and architecture governance
  • Manage platforms including vSAN, NSX, and VMware Horizon
  • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization
  • Oversee upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management
  • Implement automation using PowerCLI, Terraform, Ansible, and VMware Aria
  • Integrate VMware environments with hybrid and public cloud
  • Ensure security, compliance, and network segmentation
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and act as escalation point
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers
  • Engage vendors and present solutions to stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or a related field, and six years of experience in a technology-related role. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a working knowledge of server hardware, and extensive experience with Microsoft operating systems and related technologies.
