The role provides technical leadership for VMware platforms, ensuring scalability, security, high availability, performance optimization, and alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design Design and implement VMware-based infrastructure solutions using: VMware vSphere VMWare ESXi vCenter VMware Aria (vRealize) VMware Horizon VDI VMware NSX-T VMware HCX VCF Develop reference architectures, standards, and best practices for virtualization platforms. Define infrastructure roadmaps and technology modernization strategies. Lead capacity planning, performance engineering, and infrastructure lifecycle management. VMware Platform Management Architect and optimize: o ESXi clusters o Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS) o High Availability (HA) o Storage architectures (SAN/NAS/NFS/iSCSI) o Distributed Virtual Switches (vDS) Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery and resiliency designs. Design secure multi-site and hybrid cloud deployments. Cloud & Automation Design integration with: Azure VMware Solution. VMware Cloud. Private Cloud platforms.
