Job description

Works collaboratively with the Annual Fund (AF) team to support fundraising programs and initiatives that are focused on growing the Annual Fund's revenue and alumni participation. Primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of the Annual Fund office including in-house mailings and monthly communications, student worker supervision, supply inventory oversight, office and staff expenses, Annual Fund budget, and other projects as needed.
Administrative Support:
Support the Annual Fund team with various administrative services including:
  • Manage the Annual Fund phone and email.
  • Manage purchasing, expenses and budget oversight.
  • Manage promotional item research, ordering and fulfillment.
  • Supervise Annual Fund Office Student Assistants
  • Organize Annual Fund team meetings, retreats and assist with team schedule management.
  • Assist in the management of:
  • GiveCampus (GC) VMS (Volunteer Management System)
  • Call Center Management
  • GiveCampus (GC) texting communication

Giving Platform Management:
  • Manage and build an online giving platform (Give Campus) which includes management of roles and administrative access within Give Campus) which includes management of roles and administrative access with in Give Campus as well as fund structure, and leading collaboration with AIS, Gift and Stewardship teams to ensure cross-functionality and seamless data reporting.
  • Create and update online giving forms and direct the creation of fundraising project pages.
  • Manage GC (Give Campus) Connect device operation training.

Donor and Giving Support:
  • Executive in-house communications for AF
  • Monthly mail and email communications for donors (Deniverary etc.)
  • Recurring donor welcome communications and other fundraising initiatives to support mini-campaign initiatives.
  • Annual in-house mailings (January tax statements; special pledge reminders).
  • Donor outreach and engagement follow-up.
  • Manage appeal code creation and structure for Annual Fund.
  • Support planning and on-site execution of Annual Fund and IA events.
  • Assist with execution and project management of large giving day programs.
  • Support student organization fundraising and provide assistance with Senior Class Gift initiatives.
