Location: Peterborough, New Hampshire

Shift: All shifts available

Do you have experience setting, adjusting or optimising CNC lathes, machining centres or precision grinding equipment? The Purpose of the Role

The CNC Set Up Operator will be responsible for setting and optimising CNC machining or grinding equipment to produce precision components to exact dimensional and quality standards. The role plays a key part in supporting production teams, reducing downtime and ensuring efficient machine performance.

As the CNC Set Up Operator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting and adjusting CNC lathes, machining centres or precision grinding machines
  • Loading programs, tooling and offsets to achieve required specifications

  • Performing first-off inspections using precision measuring equipment
