Essential Job Functions
  • Product Handling:
    • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory for quality and accuracy.
    • Properly store items to facilitate easy access and prevent damage.
  • Order Fulfillment:
    • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for dispatch.
    • Ensure that all orders are handled efficiently and align with VIVA Railings' commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Assist in maintaining precise inventory records through regular physical counts and system updates.
    • Identify, report, and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Warehouse Organization:
    • Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse environment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
    • Follow best practices for material handling and storage.
  • Equipment Operation:
    • Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
    • Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
  • Safety Compliance:
    • Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety protocols and guidelines.
    • Participate in safety training and maintain a culture of safety-first operations.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate with warehouse team members and other departments to enhance operational efficiency.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a warehouse role, preferably within the manufacturing or construction materials sector.
  • Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and handling procedures.
  • Certification and experience in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
