Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AVaaS Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise Audio Visual as a Service (AVaaS) solutions across global locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service transitions, operational excellence, governance, vendor management, and ensuring high-quality AV support for enterprise environments, including executive and VIP facilities.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, managed services expertise, and experience delivering AV solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end AVaaS service delivery from solution design, transition, deployment, and steady-state operations.
  • Own service delivery performance and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational excellence.
  • Manage transition planning, implementation, risk mitigation, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Coordinate with multiple vendors, OEMs, and internal technology teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing governance, reporting, and escalation management.
  • Monitor service quality and drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise AV standards, security policies, and governance requirements.
  • Manage financials, service reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Oversee enterprise meeting rooms, collaboration platforms, executive boardrooms, event spaces, studios, and VIP support services.
  • Identify operational risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
