It is known for creating the Neiman Marcus magic through exceptional customer experiences, seasonal campaigns, and innovative retail initiatives. Role Overview As the Store Visual Manager, Visual Excellence, you will implement the visual strategy within the flagship store and report to the Director of Visual Merchandising. You will lead seasonal directives, styling, and merchandising standards, collaborating with corporate and regional teams to drive sales and profitability. Responsibilities Develop store visual stylists by providing clear direction, timelines, quality reviews, and feedback. Ensure store signage is current, mannequins are presented appropriately, and weekly beauty sets are maintained; implement photo assignments. Recruit, retain, and coach talent; build a bench for future growth in partnership with the Visual Director. Build relationships across store, corporate, and brand partners; collaborate with sales excellence, brand experience, and operations teams. Execute regional visual and seasonal creative directives (holiday campaigns, window displays, in‐store installations, mannequin styling). Oversee daily store standards: signage, loss‐prevention protection, floor maintenance, and stock fill, in partnership with store leaders and brand partners. Communicate and enforce brand partner merchandising guidelines, including monthly floor sets, photo reviews, and daily maintenance. Manage the visual supply budget, including store supplies and projects, in partnership with the Senior RPSO. Maintain calendar timelines; conduct weekly store walk‐throughs with the General Manager and attend all leadership meetings. Qualifications 3+ years of visual merchandising experience. 2+ years of leadership experience. Strong partnership skills across all levels and areas of the organization. Ability to identify and implement operational improvements. Business acumen and experience presenting at the executive level. Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint. Physical ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
