Overview
Altorfer's Marketing Coordinator will develop and execute plans for a wide variety of marketing campaigns. They will track results from these activities to help guide future marketing efforts. Our ideal candidate has an eye for detail, works well with others, and can interpret customer behavior to develop creative ways to increase brand awareness. This is a highly visible role that regularly interacts with customers, employees, and business leaders across the organization. The Marketing Coordinator will organize and deliver presentations, lead reporting calls, and provide updates on marketing initiatives in a variety of meetings and forums. The role also supports internal communications by utilizing the company intranet to keep employees informed and maintain important marketing resources and documentation. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing strategies, we want to meet you. Ultimately, you will help ensure Altorfer's marketing efforts support both our immediate and long-term business goals.
Basic Duties
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of media channels.
  • Set up and maintain tracking systems for marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights.
  • Coordinate advertising placements and ensure marketing materials are delivered through appropriate channels.
  • Help create, maintain, and strengthen the organization's brand across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
  • Analyze marketing performance data and present findings through reports, dashboards, graphs, and other visual formats.
  • Assist with video and multimedia production by coordinating logistics, developing production outlines, conducting interviews, and appearing on camera when appropriate.
  • Represent the company professionally in a highly visible role with customers, employees, vendors, and industry partners.
  • Organize and deliver presentations, reporting calls, project updates, and marketing reviews for a variety of internal and external audiences.
  • Support internal communication initiatives by creating, distributing, and maintaining content through company communication channels and the company intranet.
  • Maintain marketing resources, documentation, and employee-facing content on the company intranet.
  • Support company events, customer engagements, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Travel roughly20% to support events, meetings, video production, customer-facing initiatives, and other marketing activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Experience with content creation, copywriting, advertising concepts, and media planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Ability to understand customer behavior, market trends, and competitive strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Comfortable representing the company in a highly visible role with customers, employees, and business leaders.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills, including the ability to lead meetings, deliver project updates, and present marketing initiatives to a variety of audiences.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
This position will primarily work in an office environment, there will be times when you are required to go out into the service and warehouse area and will be required to wear close-toed shoes and safety glasses in designated areas. May, on a continuous basis, sit at desk for a long period of time; intermittently answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. Traveling is needed to attend events and visit other store locations. Must be able to walk, bend, lift up to 20 lbs. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
