What you'll do:

This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Each day, you'll manage a well-structured schedule of 22 appointment slots, aiming to complete two billable exams per hour. Thanks to Belton's close-knit community, you'll enjoy a loyal patient base that values personalized, local care. This position also offers a 14.5% production bonus.

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure

1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills

Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Working Conditions
