We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Card Services Team Lead.


Job Summary:

We are seeking a Card Services Team Lead to provide leadership and full member service support regarding all aspects of the Care Services department including credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, and VISA card app.


Key Responsibilities:

- Supports Card Services Specialists through guidance, coaching, and mentorship.

- Assists the manager with scheduling, performance monitoring, and training new employees.

- Serves as the primary point of contact for complex member and staff escalations.

- Serves as an expert resource for all Card Services department products and services.

- Ensures that the team adheres to all policies and procedures.

- Maintains oversight of member account information on applicable operating systems.

- Ensures appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.

- Monitors workflows related to processing approved credit card applications.


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Exceptional customer service experience is required.

- Two to four years of similar or related experience in a financial institution and one year in a lead or supervisory role is preferred.

- Strong coaching, conflict resolution, and communication skills are essential.
