If so, Chisholm Trail Veterinary Clinic – New Braunfels is looking for a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing team.

At Chisholm Trail Veterinary Clinic, we believe veterinary medicine should be welcoming, compassionate, and personalized. We are committed to creating a positive experience for both our clients and their pets while fostering a supportive and collaborative workplace for our team members.

What You'll Do:
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and patients, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Greet clients and pets with professionalism, warmth, and compassion
  • Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to client inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and obtain accurate patient histories
  • Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions
  • Verify patient vaccination records, testing status, and medical information
  • Communicate patient arrivals and treatment needs with veterinarians and veterinary technicians
  • Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter product orders as directed by veterinarians
  • Maintain accurate medical records and data entry within veterinary software systems
  • Support daily front desk operations and administrative tasks
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned to support hospital operations

Preferred Qualifications
