What exactly are we looking for?
This role will focus on six main objectives:
  1. Ensuring our product meets dealer expectations.
  2. Ensuring dealership configurations and network setups are complete and adequate for our product's optimal performance.
  3. Conducting live data validation with Dealership Stakeholders to ensure product functionality.
  4. Creating dealership champions for the success of implementation and onboarding.
  5. Setting up the implementation and onboarding teams for success.
  6. Providing ongoing training materials for new and existing dealerships.

Once data validation is completed, you will be responsible for conducting a "Product Tour" with the dealership stakeholders to ensure our product meets their expectations. If expectations are not met, you will work with the Sales Representative to address any issues.
What are some things you will be doing?
Data Validation and Product Tour:
  • Confirm completion of all upstream activities before initiating virtual training/implementation.
  • Conduct live data validations using the dealership's UDP login.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual calls with all dealership stakeholders during the onboarding process.

Product Expertise / Training:
  • Assist with ensuring release notes, SOP's, Slide Decks, Knowledge Base, etc. are all accurate and aligned as bug fixes, enhancements and new features are released.
  • Maintain and update a library of training materials.
  • Become a subject matter expert on all current, new and future products and features within UpdatePromise.

Support:
  • Provide level 1 and 2 Customer Support, including initial troubleshooting, creating tickets for validated issues, and managing queues in the Service Desk.
  • Display familiarity with UpdatePromise products and assist with UI testing.

  1. Experience in training large groups and individuals, virtually or in person
  2. Experience in working with software (ie troubleshooting, triage, learning the ins and outs of a software system)
  3. Experience in a professional environment
