General Description:
We are seeking an IT Training Delivery Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our Firm. The IT Training Delivery Manager is responsible for both the strategic oversight and direct execution of IT training delivery across the firm. This role operates as a player-coach, actively delivering training sessions while providing vision and leadership to the IT Training Delivery team. The IT Training Delivery Manager owns delivery standards, trainer readiness, scheduling, learner experience, and delivery consistency for instructor-led, virtual, and blended training programs across multiple offices and regions. The IT Training Delivery Manager partners closely with the IT Training Content and Design Manager and IT stakeholders to ensure training is delivered effectively, consistently, and in alignment with firm priorities.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
  • Lead and personally participate in the delivery of IT training sessions for key initiatives and high-impact rollouts.
  • Directly oversight of the IT Training Delivery team, including performance management, coaching, scheduling, and professional development.
  • Own the IT training delivery strategy, including delivery methods, cadence, and regional coverage.
  • Develop and maintain the training calendar, balancing business priorities, trainer capacity, and rollout timelines.
  • Assign trainers to sessions and initiatives based on skill set, availability, and regional needs.
  • Establish and enforce delivery standards, facilitation guidelines, and learner-experience expectations.
  • Conduct dry runs, pilots, and delivery readiness checks to ensure successful execution.
  • Coach Regional Trainers to ensure consistent quality and adherence to standards.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery issues during live sessions.
  • Oversee learner communications related to training logistics, expectations, and follow-up.
  • Capture field feedback, recurring learner questions, and delivery insights to inform content improvements.
  • Partner with the IT Training Analyst to validate attendance, completion tracking, and delivery metrics.
  • Review learner feedback and delivery data to drive continuous improvement in training execution.
  • Stay current with emerging learning technologies, including AI enabled capabilities, and apply them responsibly to enhance training effectiveness, scalability, and insight.
  • Expected to maintain a regular and predictable work schedule and full attention to and engagement in work activities on behalf of the firm during business hours unless otherwise approved or required by applicable law.
  • Special projects and duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite, or Microsoft 365.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, exceptional communication and writing abilities.
  • Proven presentation and platform skills.
  • Excellent technical coaching and counseling skills with the ability to effectively influence others to act and achieve objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing online learning modules.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Training, Education, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience personally delivering instructor-led and/or virtual training.
  • Prior experience managing or leading trainers or facilitators.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills with professional audiences.
  • Experience coordinating training across multiple offices or regions.
  • Ability to manage logistics, schedules, and competing priorities while remaining hands-on.
  • Expert level proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of legal industry specific software is preferred (i.e., Document Management System).
  • Ability to learn such software, as well as software developed in house required.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Moderate or advanced keyboard usage.
