Job Summary Job Summary Suncoast is seeking a dedicated and passionate Student Services Education Specialist for with our MTSS team, for a distinctive role at our charter school. A Suncoast Education Specialist is an innovator who inspires and supports the education needs of Independent-Study/Homeschool families by facilitating an individualized education, while providing academic and operational support.

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, have excellent organization that includes stellar verbal/written communication skills, work well in a collaborative environment, and demonstrate flexibility, caring, and responsiveness while carrying out their duties. Duties include: administrative responsibilities, data collection and monitoring, participation in all staff meetings, training and/or sessions, and supporting students in meeting their educational goals ensuring success in an independent study environment as outlined below. Regular hours for this position are Monday through Friday during school hours, and on additional days and times as needed to participate in functions and career learning opportunities.
