Location: US - This role will involve travel.

Days/week: Full Time

Are you looking for a fast paced sales role in a rapidly scaling business where you can make a real impact? This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the Account Management team at Oxford Medical Simulation Inc, improving patient care through exceptional educational services.

OMS Account Managers forge links with academic institutions, work with them to understand their needs, then demonstrate, implement and support the use of virtual reality simulation. Account Managers are dynamic, self-motivated, empathetic to the needs of clients and dedicated to helping them achieve optimal educational results. In addition to supporting the integration of virtual simulation through the OMS platform, our Account Managers support institutions through curriculum planning and ongoing live and virtual support.

No experience of VR is needed and all your training is provided by a close-knit team of clinicians and simulation experts with the objective to build expertise in simulation-based education and curriculum.

The OMS team is dedicated to delivering quality clinical training to healthcare professionals across the UK and US.

Who you are:

  • You ideally have 3+ years of account management experience within academia
  • You ideally have a clinical education or clinical simulation background
  • You have a passion for or experience working within nursing or medicine
  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • You love the idea of a job where you get to travel the country
  • You are happy to be on the road approximately. 3-5 times a month with overnight stays if required
  • You have a strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
  • You are curious, an excellent listener, and able to consult with a broad range of individuals to find the best solution for them.

What will you be doing:

  • Youโ€™ll be working within a close knit team of VR Simulation experts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for OMS client inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Proactively renew customers and identify opportunities for account expansion
  • Youโ€™ll ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of solutions, and drive utilisation within our clients
  • Capturing and managing information, data, and metrics in our CRM system
  • Working with clients to improve learner engagement, satisfaction and educational outcomes.
  • Attending events, and conferences, taking all opportunities to showcase OMS scenarios at their best
