    A Therapist Role at Guidelight Health

    Guidelight Health is looking for dedicated Evening IOP Therapists/Counselors/Social Workers to provide services to Adolescents and Adults in a PHP/IOP setting. We are excited to find innovative mental health professionals to enrich our programs and deliver top-notch care to our clients.

    Therapist will provide direct care to clients admitted to Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) level of care; conducting initial evaluations, group therapy, individual therapy, case management, and crisis management to clients. Collaborates within a interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment within the scope of the therapistโ€™s training, experience, and competency.

    Requirements:

    Qualities of a Guidelight Health Therapist

    • Clinical experience working with Adolescents and Adults
    • Understanding of a variety of modalities including DBT, CBT, ACT, MI
    • Confident in Group Therapy
    • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
    • Flexibly and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of clients in a fast pace environment
    • Demonstrates understanding and appreciation of cultural inclusivity and diversity
    • Ability to speak Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole preferred. (Not required)

    Qualifications

    • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related program from an accredited college or university. License-Eligible program.
    • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) preferred.
    • 2 years of clinical experience in higher level of care; including IOP/PHP, inpatient, residential emergency room experience preferred

    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems
