Job description

The Oliver Team | CB&A Realtors – Houston, TX (Remote + Field)

We succeed when you succeed.

Are you newly licensed—or about to be—and looking for a real estate team that will actually train you, support you, and invest in your success?

The Oliver Team at CB&A Realtors is seeking motivated new agents who want structure, accountability, and real mentorship—not a brokerage that leaves you on your own to figure it out.

This is a production-focused role designed to help you close transactions quickly and build long-term habits that lead to a sustainable career.

Compensation:

$120,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with all assigned leads daily via calls, texts, and email
  • Convert conversations into appointments and signed agreements
  • Enter all contacts, notes, and activities into Realvolve daily
  • Be fully current in CRM by the end of business every Monday to remain eligible for team leads
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations (in person or virtual)
  • Schedule and conduct showings, open houses, and walkthroughs
  • Host open houses on weekends (minimum 2 hours per day)
  • Write and submit contracts and assist clients through closing
  • Attend weekly team meeting (Tuesday) and 1:1 accountability call (Wednesday)
  • Post on social media 3 days per week (Mon/Wed/Fri) on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Participate in training, coaching, and shadowing as scheduled
  • Maintain a quiet, distraction-free home workspace during lead generation hours
  • Work evenings and weekends as required by clients and team schedule

Qualifications:
  • Active Texas real estate license or currently enrolled in real estate school
  • Background in restaurant, bar, hospitality, internet sales, or commission-based sales preferred
  • Comfortable with high-volume conversations, follow-up, and rejection
  • Strong phone, text, and email communication skills
  • Coachable and open to feedback, structure, and accountability
  • Self-disciplined with the ability to work remotely without supervision
  • Tech-comfortable (CRM, email, Zoom, social media)
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends when clients are available
  • Organized, dependable, and deadline-driven
  • Motivated by performance-based income and growth opportunities
