A career as an executive assistant within the National Bank Investments team at National Bank means acting as a key executive support resource for three Vice Presidents (Governance, Investments and Legal Affairs; Governance; Investment Solutions and Analytics). This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization by leveraging your strong sense of priorities, your mastery of administrative operations and your ability to streamline the daily work of executive leaders.


Your role

  • Coordinate senior management calendars, schedule meetings and organize the logistics related to meetings and business travel, while proposing practical improvements.
  • Analyze and handle incoming requests, identify stakeholder needs and take appropriate action independently, with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Manage administrative activities related to human resources, including monitoring staff movements, managing absences and processing administrative files.
  • Coordinate information technology-related requests, including orders, follow-ups and the use of internal tools.
  • Track invoices, budgets and ongoing financial activities for the sector.
  • Prepare, review and enhance professional documents and presentations intended for an executive audience.
  • Act as a resource person for the sector and stay informed of organizational and administrative updates.
