About the job Customer Care Specialist
Role Overview
We are looking for attentive, service-minded individuals to join our remote team as Customer Care Specialist. This position focuses on helping clients feel supported and informed as they research, organize, and prepare for upcoming vacations.
You will assist with gathering preferences, reviewing suitable choices, coordinating requested services, and keeping important details organized. This role is open to individuals new to the industry, and previous travel experience is not required. Training and continued learning resources are provided.
What You'll Do

  • Speak with clients to understand their preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, expectations, and budget.
  • Research and compare accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation-related services.
  • Help coordinate selected arrangements through approved resources and keep reservation information, confirmations, schedules, and trip details organized.
  • Provide courteous ongoing support by responding to questions, communicating updates, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with routine requests or adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate client information, review details carefully, and continue expanding your knowledge through supplier and destination education.
