What You'll Contribute:
This individual contributor role plays a key function on the Enterprise Web Analytics team, working collaboratively with stakeholders to analyze digital customer behavior, website performance, and marketing data, translate findings into actionable insights, and drive meaningful business results.
The candidate will be responsible for web performance analysis, customer journey analysis, reporting and dashboard development, stakeholder presentations, forecasting, conversion optimization, test design and measurement, data mining, and various ad hoc analyses utilizing web analytics platforms, internal data sources, and marketing technology systems.
The candidate will possess deep expertise in web and digital analytics, including website measurement, customer journey analysis, behavioral analytics, conversion optimization, and experimentation. They will leverage data from enterprise web analytics platforms and internal data sources to identify opportunities, influence strategy, and drive measurable business outcomes across digital experiences.
The candidate will develop and maintain scalable and efficient analytic processes and systems to enable timely analysis, measurement of results, and delivery of actionable insights to stakeholders. The position requires the ability to identify, study, and solve complex business problems using analytical and technical expertise while effectively communicating results to audiences at all levels of the organization.
The candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for uncovering insights from complex datasets and digital customer interactions. They will become a subject matter expert in the company's web analytics ecosystem and digital performance measurement capabilities and must be able to present analyses in a way senior management can act upon. They will utilize strong technical skills, business acumen, and innovation to drive analyses to completion while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reporting and insights. The candidate is a strategic thinker who can work autonomously and effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Analytics & Insights

  • Creates, enhances, analyzes, and maintains reporting on website performance, digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, engagement metrics, and trends to support optimization efforts.

  • Develops dashboards and measurement frameworks to support strategic decision-making.

  • Manages forecasting processes and provides relevant insights to stakeholders.

  • Provides actionable recommendations based on customer behavior patterns and performance trends.

  • Partners with stakeholders to identify key business questions and opportunities for analysis.

  • Proactively identifies opportunities to improve customer experience and digital performance.

  • Serves as a subject matter expert for enterprise web analytics platforms and digital measurement strategies.

What You Have

Minimum education, skills and experience required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in web analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, or a related quantitative field (5+ years if holding a Master's Degree).

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience using SQL and Adobe Analytics to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to generate strategic insights and performance reporting (5+ years if holding a Master's Degree).

  • Experience with enterprise web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Heap, Contentsquare, or similar platforms.

  • Experience measuring website performance, customer journeys, conversion funnels, digital engagement, and online customer behavior.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders.

  • Confidently and effectively handles multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.

  • Highly motivated, proactive, resourceful, and able to partner effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in data, reporting, and forecasting activities.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
