Indiana Industrial Services, LLC is a global material handling installation company that provides a comprehensive range of mechanical and electrical installations specializing in conveyor and robotic controls and warehouse systems.

Requirements:

  • Have great attention to detail
  • Learn and adapt quickly
  • Must be able to work well in a team
  • Time management skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in construction project coordination and/or knowledge to understand the various layers of a project
  • Previous experience working with Great Plains software
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Job Description/Duties

  • Data entry into Microsoft GP for job costing and project updates
  • Assist in creating/sending quotes to customers
  • Receive purchase orders and create new projects in accounting software
  • Organize projects, from start to finish
  • Rent equipment and hotel for projects
    • handle service requests for equipment
    • Update hotels with changes (as needed)
  • Update project spreadsheet daily
  • Assist in project scheduling and crew tracking
  • Manage and coordinate suppliers for new projects as needed
  • Answer multi line phones with professional etiquette
  • Weekly payroll review in ADP Workforce Now for over 300 employees
  • Complete credit card reconciliation as needed
  • Assist Accounts Payable with check processing and invoice reconciliation
