Based in our state-of-the-art Southbank Head Office, this is your opportunity to run your own Personal Training business in a RENT-FREE gym with access to a large internal client base.
 
 
Day to day you will...

Deliver high-quality face-to-face Personal Training sessions tailored to individual client goals
Lead engaging group fitness sessions, including HIIT and strength-based classes
Build, grow, and maintain a strong client base within the organisation
Maximise use of available Healthwise services and training opportunities
Utilise business systems to manage bookings, invoicing, payments, and attendance tracking
Drive participation and engagement across the Flight Centre Travel Group employee base
Collaborate closely with the Healthwise team and leader to achieve performance targets
Ensure each client achieves measurable progress and leaves sessions with tools for success
Contribute to a positive team culture through events, recognition programmes, and team initiatives
Maintain accountability for both the quality and quantity of Personal Training session delivery
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive
 
 
What you will bring...

Certificate III and IV in Fitness
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in personal training and group fitness
Experience delivering HIIT and weight-based strength classes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated initiative and ability to grow a personal training business
Passion for guiding people to achieve their health and wellbeing goals
Valid First Aid and CPR certification
Valid insurance and ABN (contract role)
Health Science Degree (desirable, not essential)
Boxing certification (desirable, not essential)
