This role involves scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and supporting billing processes while ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for a medium patient volume of 20 to 50 daily.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage patient appointments accurately
  • Greet and register patients upon arrival
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage
  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Perform accurate data entry of patient information
  • Support billing and insurance claim processes
