This service helps businesses maintain a professional image, improve customer experience, and reduce overhead costs associated with hiring in-house staff. Virtual receptionists often support multiple clients and can offer services outside of regular business hours.

What does a virtual receptionist do?

A virtual receptionist provides remote customer service and administrative support for a company or organization. As a virtual receptionist, you typically work from home or another setting outside of a traditional office.
