Overview
We are seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, teammates, and business partners at our Global Headquarters in New York City.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and proactive, with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional workplace and visitor experience. This role is critical in representing the Foot Locker brand and culture while helping ensure the smooth daily operation of our headquarters office.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Front Desk & Visitor Experience
• Greet, welcome, and direct visitors, clients, vendors, and business partners in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage the reception area to ensure a positive, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Coordinate visitor registration, guest check-in procedures, and teammate notifications.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges in accordance with company security protocols.
Communications
• Answer and route incoming phone calls and general inquiries.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
• Manage shared reception inboxes and respond to routine inquiries promptly and professionally.
Office Operations Support
• Assist with conference room scheduling and meeting preparation.
• Coordinate catering orders and support meetings, events, and executive visits.
• Monitor and replenish office and breakroom supplies.
• Partner with facilities, security, and workplace teams to address office needs and maintain an exceptional employee experience.
Administrative Support
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, filing, and calendar coordination.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, including visitor access coordination and workspace readiness.
• Assist with special projects and corporate events as needed.
Qualifications
Required
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of receptionist, front desk, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Preferred
• Experience supporting a corporate headquarters or professional office environment.
• Experience using visitor management or office management systems.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Benefits
The base salary range is $20.00-$25.00/hour. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
