Are you an innovative thinker with immaculate attention to detail looking for your next project management position?

Stamm Media Tech is seeking a Event Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the technical execution of live, virtual, and hybrid events from corporate meetings to tradeshows. You will succeed in this role if you are a successful multi-tasker and are quick to meet deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assistant to our Project Management and Production team leaders – responsible for the efficient management of assigned projects (both internal/external)
  • The ability to proactively work with leadership to understand the project scope and fulfil supporting tasks as you learn to take on the full scope of work yourself
  • Communicate and coordinate as needed with the client and Stamm Media vendors
  • Logistic coordination for the equipment and people involved in each project

 Requirements

  • At least (2) years customer service/events – whether it’s been in the hospitality industry to answering customer calls – we need you to be able to put the client first in a reactive manner
  • Extreme organization and an ability to self-lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive in all stages of a project
  • Willingness to travel, work nights and weekends, and good driving record is required
  • Audio Visual and IT knowledge a plus, but not required
  • Ability to let and carry 50 pounds
  • Bachelor’s Degree
