About the Role:
CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to support a leading global manufacturer operating a production facility in Cumberland, WI. In this leadership role, you will oversee facility operations, maintenance programs, vendor partnerships, capital projects, and workplace safety initiatives while leading a team dedicated to delivering operational excellence. Based on-site, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead and develop a facilities team responsible for daily building operations, maintenance, and workplace services.
  • Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance activities with technicians, contractors, and service providers.
  • Build strong client partnerships and serve as a trusted advisor on facility performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage operating budgets, capital projects, forecasting, and variance reporting to support business objectives.
  • Conduct facility inspections and ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, asset reliability, and building performance.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, contract performance, procurement activities, and invoicing processes.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence while modeling CBRE's RISE values.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years of facilities, engineering, operations, or related management experience; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience leading, coaching, developing, and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance programs, vendor management, and building services.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, capital projects, and financial reporting.
  • Working knowledge of environmental health and safety practices within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate complex situations and build effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Valid driver's license required; Facilities Management certification is a plus.
