As a remote employee, you will join a supportive and flexible work environment that values work-life balance. Your schedule will typically be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a structured yet adaptable workday. Our team utilizes cutting-edge telehealth platforms to deliver services, making therapy more accessible while ensuring clients receive uninterrupted support.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients to enhance their emotional and psychological well-being, employing best practices in teletherapy.
• Create a warm and inviting therapeutic space that fosters open dialogue, trust, and a sense of safety for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to identify personal growth objectives and milestones, guiding them towards their goals.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans, evaluating client progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, submitting required documentation per clinic protocols and telehealth regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervisory sessions, sharing insights and improvements observed within virtual therapy practices.

Our clients encompass a diverse spectrum of individuals seeking mental health support, from those grappling with anxiety and depression to those facing life transitions or relational issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of active independent licensure (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to practice in Virginia.
• Demonstrated expertise in therapy, treatment planning, and navigating virtual care environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with an ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships.
• Experience utilizing telehealth tools and platforms effectively to deliver mental health services.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, preferably with a focus on virtual therapy.
• Familiarity with community health clinics and an understanding of the specific challenges and opportunities they present.
• Strong organizational skills with a thorough approach to treatment documentation and client management.
