Position Overview

Healing Reflection Counseling is seeking a compassionate and licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our remote team. This position is designed for individuals who have dedicated their careers to supporting others through mental health challenges. The successful candidate will work full-time Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing virtual counseling while maintaining flexibility in your work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual counseling services to a diverse clientele, facilitating sessions using secure telehealth technology.
• Establish a trusting and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to express their thoughts and feelings.
• Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive treatment plans that address their emotional and behavioral needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique circumstances to promote positive therapeutic outcomes.
• Regularly assess client progress and adapt treatment methods as necessary to ensure effective healthcare delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans using our digital health records system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We cater to a variety of client populations that include individuals from different backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in therapy, treatment planning, and providing virtual mental health care.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and proficiency in digital documentation processes.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient setting, understanding the pace and demands of community-based therapy.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and experience with diverse treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Competence in using mental health assessment tools during virtual sessions to enhance client care.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage.
