Work Environment

This full-time position is fully remote, offering flexibility while ensuring dedicated support for our clients. Our therapists engage with clients safely and effectively through secure online platforms, making it easier to accommodate the diverse schedules and needs of those we serve. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, allowing for a good work-life balance while fulfilling professional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine individual client needs and appropriate care.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address each client’s unique challenges and goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster healing and personal growth.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of all treatment plans and client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as necessary to optimize client care and outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and industry best practices to enhance service quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a mental health therapist at Healing Reflection Counseling, you will work primarily with a diverse client base, which may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
