• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using secure teletherapy software, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.
• Help clients develop coping strategies and treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.
• Maintain organized client records with minimal paperwork, thanks to our platform’s automated documentation capabilities.

Your role will involve working primarily with clients who are stable and of low acuity, ensuring that the focus remains on providing support for manageable mental health challenges. • A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• The candidate must hold a valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (MSW - Clinical) designation in Michigan.
• No disciplinary actions should be noted on your professional license.
• Exceptional communication skills are a must for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• A dedicated and private space to conduct therapy sessions, adhering to confidentiality and privacy standards.

• Experience in managing an independent caseload of clients.
• Proficiency with teletherapy systems or other digital counseling tools is a plus.
• Possession of dual or multi-state licenses will be viewed favorably.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the number of clients served. In addition to the salary, you will receive a significant sign-on bonus after successfully onboarding and seeing your first client within two weeks. Benefits include:
