Job Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment at a skilled nursing and rehab facility. The LPN will provide patient care, administer medications, assist with treatment plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality resident care.

This role supports patient safety, comfort, and recovery by monitoring vital signs, documenting patient conditions, and assisting with daily living activities.
