Job description

Sigma Defense is seeking a Navy Veteran with extensive Information Warfare experience to fill the Information Warfare Commander position as part of the ATGPAC Battle Lab team at Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP).

We need the rare skill set you have used to implement Task Group Concept and have developed throughout your Naval Career to assist the ATG Battle Lab in executing its mission of providing tactical training to ships in the basic phase through Fleet Synthetic Training (FST). Be on the cutting edge of Live Virtual Training and make a difference to our Navy's capability at the same time.

Requirements

  • Naval Warfare Specialist. Must have Naval Warfare experience in implementation of Task Group Concept as an Information (IWC/EW/IW/Q) Warfare Commander or as a senior staff member for a Task Group/Force Commander, or as a Senior Facilitator with equivalent experience training warfare commanders or senior staff members.
  • Experience operating a tactical training type of military system such as JSAF/MARCI System.
  • Experience in naval warfare operations or conducting training for naval warfare or equivalent joint experience.
  • Strong scenario development/training experience and configuration and operation experience for one or more of the following systems: Modeling and Simulation, Joint Semi Automated Forces (JSAF), Multi-System, and Tactical Voice/Data Communications.

Personnel Clearance Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.
  • A clearance will not be sponsored.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually.
