Job description

Were looking for a driven, goal-oriented sales professional who enjoys connecting with people, closing sales, and being rewarded for strong results.


This is a fully remote, W-2 position offering a base salary plus commission. Previous insurance experience is a plus but not required. We can help qualified candidates obtain their Property & Casualty license.


In this role, youll speak with prospective customers, identify their insurance needs, provide quotes, recommend appropriate coverage, and confidently guide them through the buying process. The ideal candidate is competitive, coachable, comfortable working toward sales goals, and motivated to grow their income while building a long-term insurance career.


Applicants must currently reside in one of the following states:

Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana, Nebraska, Kansas, Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, Arizona, North Carolina, Missouri, or South Dakota.
