This fully remote, W-2 position offers base pay plus commission. You’ll connect with prospective customers, learn about their needs, and help them find insurance coverage that protects what matters most.

  • Manage live transfers from our telemarketing team

Requirements
  • Licensing: Must obtain and maintain an active Minnesota Insurance License upon employment.
  • Experience: No previous insurance experience required but a desire to learn the industry is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer Oriented: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and meeting clients’ insurance needs.
  • Adaptability: Ability to understand and apply insurance knowledge to real-world scenarios.
