Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with Patient Operations leadership to create and provide effective, efficient, and relevant learning content used to educate cross functional global partners.
  2. Responsible for developing eLearnings, documents, materials library, OJTs, and curriculum as assigned.
  3. Lead and own multiple actions for projects, as assigned.

  8. Experience with Quality Document Management Systems and Learning management systems.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and Teams.
  10. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: specifically: InDesign. Preferred: Adobe Photoshop.
