Job description

CT3, a rapidly growing organization committed to maximizing student learning by driving transformative changes in teaching practice, seeks experienced educators to join our team as Educational Consultants.

Educational Consultants serve as ambassadors of CT3, partnering with schools and districts to improve instructional quality, strengthen school culture, and increase student achievement.

Consultants deliver professional learning both in person and virtually using distance-learning technologies. Assignments are scheduled based on consultant availability and client demand; therefore, work is project-based and not guaranteed.

This role requires experience with the No-Nonsense Nurturer (NNN) 4-Step Model, Real Time Teacher Coaching (RTTC), or Real Time Leadership Coaching (RTLC) protocols. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled facilitator and coach who can deliver impactful, job-embedded professional learning grounded in research-based practices that increase student engagement and improve instructional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional learning to school leaders, teachers, and staff on the No-Nonsense Nurturer (NNN) Classroom Culture Model to improve classroom culture, student engagement, and achievement.
  • Facilitate training and coaching using CT3's Real Time Teacher Coaching (RTTC) and Real Time Leadership (RTLC) models to strengthen instructional practice and classroom implementation.
  • Provide coaching and capacity-building support for school-based and district-level instructional coaches implementing NNN, RTTC, and RTLC frameworks.
  • Serve as an executive coach for school and district leaders to support leadership development and instructional improvement.
  • Participate fully in onboarding, norming sessions, and ongoing professional learning required by CT3.
  • Complete and submit required reports, feedback forms, and project documentation accurately and on time.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal team members while representing CT3 with professionalism and excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Previously trained as a NNN Teacher, RTTC Coach, RTLC Leader, required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of coaching, leadership, or instructional support experience in K–12 education.
  • Demonstrated success as an effective educator, instructional coach, or school leader; experience across multiple grade levels preferred.
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage adult learners.
  • Strong understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practices in education.
  • Ability to provide and receive constructive, real-time feedback in a professional manner.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Proven ability to build trust and strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.

Compensation

  • $900 per in-person workshop/day of delivery
  • (Travel, lodging, and meals reimbursed per CT3 policy)
  • $65-$100 per hour for approved hourly work, including virtual facilitation, coaching, project-based assignments, and administrative tasks that support service delivery.
