Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Professional in Buffalo NY to support the daily operations of our HR department within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes

  • Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and timekeeping processes
