Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HR Professional to join our team at Mary Agnes Manor. As an integral member of our human resources department, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment, retention, and development of our exceptional staff. If you are passionate about providing outstanding service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and staff to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and tactics to attract top talent
• Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization
• Conduct performance management and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff members to promote career growth and advancement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and federal regulations
