About the Role

We are seeking a Temporary Part-Time HR Generalist to support our team in delivering high-quality recruiting and HR services to our clients. This role will play a key part in both candidate sourcing and client-facing HR assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of client roles
  • Manage job postings and proactively identify qualified candidates through job boards and sourcing tools
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening interviews, and coordination of next steps
  • Support client HR needs, including general HR guidance and administrative support
  • Assist with onboarding processes and candidate documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and client activity in internal systems
  • Partner with internal team members to ensure timely and effective delivery of staffing services
  • Provide general HR administrative support as needed

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or staffing
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
