Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across our clinical and operational teams. This role supports hiring physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), CRNAs, and multiple clinics, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), administrative, and revenue cycle management roles across multiple locations.
The Healthcare Recruiter plays an important role in supporting operational continuity by maintaining appropriate staffing levels and partnering with leaders to meet evolving workforce needs. The idea candidate brings strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience in healthcare recruiting, and comfort using applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition tools to drive efficient and effective hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including physicians, APPs, CRNAs, nurses, clinical staff, ASC personnel, administrative and billing roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, priorities, and timelines
  • Source candidates using the ATS, job boards, professional networks, and targeted outreach
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manager offer processes
  • Support onboarding and credentialing process via collaboration with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate requisition tracking and recruiting metrics
  • Ensure recruitment activities align with company policies and applicable employment and healthcare regulations
  • Represent the organization professionally in candidate interactions and hiring activities

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, healthcare, or related field preferred
  • 3+years of healthcare recruiting experience, including clinical roles
  • Experience in high volume recruiting multiple role types simultaneously (clinical and non-clinical)
  • Familiarity with physician and APP recruitment preferred (physician volume is typically less than 7 annual)
  • Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using ATS platforms and digital recruiting tools
