OverviewThe Organizational Development & Training (OD&T) Partner is a trusted advisor who supports leaders and teams by strengthening individual, team, and organizational capability through integrated learning, change, and organizational development solutions. The role combines learning and development expertise with applied organizational development to help leaders lead change, build skills, and improve team effectiveness aligned with A dec's culture and business goals. It emphasizes practical, execution-focused solutions by partnering with leaders, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to translate business priorities into impactful development and change initiatives.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with leaders and internal customers to assess business, performance, and development needs, using data, assessments, observation, and stakeholder input to recommend appropriate learning and organizational development solutions.

  • Design, develop, and deliver learning and development solutions using a variety of methods, including classroom, virtual, blended, and on-the-job learning, grounded in adult learning principles and aligned with business needs.

  • Support organizational and team change efforts by applying practical change management approaches, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, leader enablement, and reinforcement strategies.

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and working sessions focused on leadership development, team effectiveness, onboarding, change initiatives, and skill development.

  • Collaborate with People & Culture Operations, Corporate Communications, and HR Business Partner colleagues to ensure alignment of learning, change, and people practices.

  • Lead and manage learning and development projects, including project planning, coordination, communication, execution, and evaluation of outcomes and effectiveness.

  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development solutions; gather feedback, document lessons learned and apply continuous improvement practices.

  • Support leaders and teams through coaching, facilitation, and consultation related to learning, development, and applied OD practices.

  • Maintain current knowledge of learning, organizational development, and change management best practices, tools, and technologies, and apply them appropriately to A-dec's context.

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, bringing teams to alignment and action while maintaining a people-centered, values-aligned approach.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Working knowledge of applied organizational development and change management practices.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to build trust and credibility with leaders and partners across the organization.

  • Ability to work autonomously while knowing when to escalate or seek guidance.

  • Proficiency with authoring, graphics, sound and video editing software to create, maintain, and enhance online training, preferred.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

  • Familiarity with learning management systems, blended learning design, and instructional design methodologies, preferred.

Education and Experience

  • Generally requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, training, or a related field. Preference given to those with a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field.

  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering learning programs and facilitating groups.

  • Experience supporting organizational or enterprise-wide change initiatives.

  • Experience using assessments or tools to support leadership or team development, preferred.
