Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Training Developer II / Instructional Designer to design and develop instructor-led and eLearning training solutions. This role will work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and Learning & Development teams to create high-quality, learner-centered training materials aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop instructor-led training, eLearning modules, presentations, participant/instructor guides, job aids, assessments, and reference materials.Develop eLearning using Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise.Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements and define learning objectives.Convert source content into polished instructional materials using approved templates.Conduct content reviews, QA/QC testing, and revisions.Upload, test, and maintain courses within Learning Management Systems.Support voice-over narration, multimedia integration, and digital learning development.Maintain training content, version control, accessibility, and documentation standards.Manage multiple training-development projects and provide regular status updates.Qualifications5–10 years of instructional design and/or curriculum development experience.Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or related field preferred.Strong experience developing both eLearning and instructor-led training.Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 – Storyline and Rise.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.Experience with Learning Management Systems, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.Strong written, verbal, stakeholder-management, and project-management skills.Ability to independently manage multiple training-development projects.Portfolio or work samples required.Preferred SkillsVyond or similar multimedia development tools.WellSaid or other voice-over narration tools.Experience developing technical or industry-specific training.Experience working in a large corporate or utility environment.
