Apex Systems is hiring a Senior Content Designer for a reputable Banking client.
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina OR Charlotte, North Carolina, OR Atlanta, GA (Onsite 5 days a week)
Employment Type: 18 Month W2 Contract
Role Overview
As a Senior Content Designer, you will focus on content development and help craft user experiences that make financial services simple and accessible. You will combine creativity and strategy to create content that breaks down complex financial topics and provides clients with the information they need. This is a hands-on design role to conceptualize and deliver human-centric solutions for our client experiences, ensuring solutions meet requirements and adhere to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create clear, engaging, and user-focused content to meet the needs of clients.
  • Design, edit, and test content for desktop and mobile applications.
  • Continually raise the bar on producing conversational, engaging content with a brand and client focus.
  • Lead design activities in cross-functional development teams to create industry-leading experiences.
  • Participate in design-driven programs to define insights, create solutions, and advocate for client needs.
  • Analyze, plan, and standardize content across digital experiences to meet business goals.
  • Contribute and adhere to the editorial strategy and style guide to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
  • Consult and collaborate with teams in a supportive, complex environment to understand broader organizational goals.
  • Practice quality assurance procedures to maintain content integrity and ensure content meets project specifications.
  • Use storytelling and persuasion techniques to build trust with partners and establish long-term relationships.
  • Stay current on trends, theories, methods, and processes in content design.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Proven delivery skills in content design with a strong knowledge of the craft and relevant tools. Ability to articulate ideas with relevance to peers and embrace diverse perspectives. Strong knowledge of design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices. PORTFOLIO OF WORK IS REQUIRED.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $75.00 to $95.00 per hour. Please note that the final pay rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, and selected resources may apply for full-time employee openings should they become available.
