Primary Care Physician (Remote | Full-Time | No On-Call) Monday- Friday 9am-6pm

  • MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
  • Active medical license - multi-state licensure a plus
