What is a virtual concierge?

A virtual concierge, also known as a personal concierge, offers various administrative and organizational services while working and communicating remotely to help busy clients or businesses. As a virtual concierge, you’re typically on-call and fulfill the essential tasks that your clients don’t have time to do or can’t do on their own. Job duties include making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, answering phone calls and emails, researching various information, and invoicing or maintaining files. Customer service skills are vital for this career, and you need to be highly organized to manage daily activities for several clients at a time.

Familiarity with CRM software, booking platforms, and communication tools like live chat or email systems is typically required. Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude help deliver personalized and seamless guest experiences remotely. These skills ensure that clients receive prompt, accurate assistance, fostering satisfaction and loyalty in a virtual environment.
