Are you ready to join a team of highly motivated fitness coaches that utilize the latest methods of in-person and virtual coaching to maximize our impact in our clients' lives?ย ย We are looking for passionate, dedicated, motivated and hard working coaches that are ready to be held accountable to deliver top notch service and to grow our program and community.ย  We are not looking for someone to punch a clock and render sessions.ย  You must be willing to be a coach and help our clients by providing fitness, nutrition and accountability.ย  We are a tight knit fitness family,ย andย will invest the time, money and energy to helpย you be the best of the best.ย  We expect the best, and we have the most aggressive compensation plan in the area including a base salary, sales commission, quarterly and revenue bonuses, free CEC's and cert renewals, and solid PTO.ย ย

Responsibilities

  • Motivate and coach the members in aย 1-1ย and live groupย training environment utilizing in club training and the latest virtualย technology
  • Onboard new members and help them find the best coaching options to accomplish their goals
  • Conduct follow up meetings with members to help them stay on track
  • Keep up to date records on clients' goals and progressย and help coach them to reach these goals through habit based nutrition and accountability
  • Assist the rest of the team in helping build and maintain a positive, clean, upliftingย and fun club and culture for our members

Qualifications

  • Positive and upbeat personality
  • Must have a growth mindset
  • Must be a team player
  • Interest in Small Group Trainingย 
  • Must have current CPT certification
  • Must haveย current CPR/AED certification
  • High School Graduate or GED
