Remote Member Services Associate - Indiana Applicants

Our team provides guided onboarding, virtual mentorship, training resources, and ongoing development support designed to help individuals build confidence while learning a new professional skill set remotely.
Position Overview
Team members communicate virtually with union and association members who have requested information regarding available benefit programs. Responsibilities may include scheduling virtual meetings, reviewing available options with clients, answering questions, and assisting with the enrollment process when appropriate.
Meetings and training are conducted remotely through online platforms and scheduled appointments.
