Job description

At Holistic Integration, we’re looking for a passionate Health Coach to join our patient care team. In this role, you’ll work directly with patients to interpret diagnostics, design supplement protocols, and guide them through personalized wellness plans that address the root cause of their health concerns.


What You’ll Do

  • Interpret functional lab results and assessments (hormone panels, GI maps, hair analysis, etc.)
  • Use in-house tools like Electrodermal Screening (EDS)/Avatar to test supplements against patient responses
  • Create customized supplement protocols tailored to each patient’s needs
  • Develop functional care plans with supplement, lifestyle, and service recommendations
  • Communicate clearly with patients so they understand the purpose of each recommendation
  • Collaborate with the Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner and providers to align care plans
  • Support patients in achieving their functional health goals and ensure follow-up steps are in place
  • Educate patients on the importance of compliance, consistency, and long-term wellness
  • Contribute to team meetings, trainings, and patient education events


Who You Are

  • Certified Health Coach (FMCHC, IIN, or similar) or Clinical Nutritionist preferred
  • Experienced in interpreting labs and designing supplement-based care plans OR highly motivated to learn
