Your role Support our business clients with their banking transactions and credit/banking needs and help them use our digital solutions Analyze and understand business client needs in order to provide advice on the best solution and/or digital products Offer a distinctive client experience Follow compliance and fraud prevention rules in effect.

Our Client Contact centre is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Your work schedule is variable, and you’ll be informed of your schedule three weeks in advance.

Your team You’ll work with your manger and a dynamic team of 90 employees in the Commercial sector of our Customer Experience Centre Our dynamic work environments and cutting-edge collaboration tools foster a positive employee experience.
