Job description

Endocrinologist โ€” South Florida | No Hospital Call, No Insurance

Physician-owned direct-pay endocrinology practice โ€” no call, no insurance billing, 9 to 4, hour-long consults.

  • -No hospital call โ€” none. No inpatient, no weekends, no shared coverage.
  • -No insurance billing. No prior auths, no denials, no RVU targets.
  • -60-minute new consults, 30-minute follow-ups โ€” roughly 9โ€“10 patients a day, not 25.
  • -4 or 5 days per week, 9:00 AMโ€“4:00 PM with a full hour for lunch.

Clinical mix is about 70% women's health โ€” menopause, perimenopause, HRT, PCOS, bone health โ€” alongside general endocrinology including thyroid, diabetes, and obesity. Mentorship in women's health endocrinology is provided for physicians coming from a general or diabetes-heavy background.

The practice covers everything: office, support staff, a dedicated virtual assistant, accounting, and marketing during your ramp-up. No buy-in and no capital required.

Earning potential is well above MGMA 90th-percentile endocrinology, with no buy-in and no capital at risk. The full picture doesn't fit in a posting; it's a ten-minute phone conversation, and most physicians are surprised by the math.

Florida has no state income tax.

Requirements: BC/BE Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism. 5+ years preferred. Florida license or license-eligible.
