Guest Relations Coordinator

Deliver a seamless, elevated guest experience while supporting daily operations through strong organization, coordination, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage VIP communications, responding to requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate all guest arrangements, including room preferences, dining, activities, and special requests.
  • Track arrivals, room readiness, and amenities; partner closely with Housekeeping and In-Room Dining.
  • Welcome VIP guests and ensure a refined, personalized arrival experience and during stay.
  • Prepare upcoming reservations, send pre-arrival communications, and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Monitor amenity orders, costs, and delivery; complete monthly reporting.
  • Maintain inventory, organize supplies, and ensure a polished, well-managed workspace.

Requirements

  • Resourceful and proactive
  • Typing and computer skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional guest service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, luxury hospitalityenvironment.
  • Strong cross-departmental coordination and problem-solving skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification.

Preferred

  • Experience with hospitality systems such as HMS, KYC, SevenRooms, RTR, SalesForce.

Reporting Relationship

  • Reports to the Assistant Director of Guest Relations.

Prior experience in a quality luxury hotel brand.
