Capital Automotive Group is looking for aย Social Media Specialistย to help bring our dealerships, teammates, and culture to life across our digital channels.

From capturing exciting dealership events to creating engaging videos, highlighting our amazing team members, and staying ahead of the latest social trends, you'll play a key role in growing our brand and connecting with our communities across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across all Capital Automotive Group dealership locations
  • Capture, create, and edit high-quality photos, videos, reels, and other digital content
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity, including scheduling, posting, monitoring, and audience engagement
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend new ideas to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness
  • Partner with our marketing, sales, service, and leadership teams to showcase promotions, events, employee spotlights, and community involvement
  • Stay current on emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for social media, content creation, and digital storytelling
  • Strong photography and videography skills with the ability to create polished, engaging content
  • Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms
  • Excellent written communication skills with a professional, authentic, and engaging voice
  • Experience using editing and content creation tools is a plus
