Job description

A sign manufacturing company is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their in-house creative team, working closely with leadership to support both sales and production. This role blends brand strategy with hands-on execution, covering everything from marketing collateral to production-ready artwork. Graphic Designer Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for brand standards and visual consistency across the company - Design a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, email campaigns, landing pages, trade show graphics, signage, and other items produced - Capture product and in-use photography, plus produce short-form video content for social media and sales support - Apply brand guidelines and product messaging accurately across multiple internal divisions - Build production-ready proofs for client work and help manage the design pipeline through project management software - Manage multiple projects at once, adapting smoothly through several rounds of feedback - Prepare and organize final design files for production, delivery, and long-term archiving - Proofread all design work carefully to maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality Graphic Designer Requirements - 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within sign manufacturing - Background spanning both internal design work and direct client-facing projects - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro preferred
